Prilepska Pivarnica – Prilep Brewery S.A. Prilep stands for sustainable development, based on efficiency and security in the performance of business activities, fully respecting the objectives of environmental protection and the rights of stakeholders. The company implements values that will contribute to the better and more successful conduct of business and simultaneously build relationships of trust and care for the interests of shareholders, stakeholders, and the wider community.

With the Code of Professional and Ethical Conduct and other general acts, Prilepska Pivarnica – Prilep Brewery S.A. Prilep acts ethically and responsibly in all business activities, providing a clear framework that will minimize negative impacts on the environment and strives to preserve a healthy environment and prevent negative impacts on the environment and human health.

Prilepska Pivarnica – Prilep Brewery has a B-integrated environmental license no. 09-49/2 dated 12.05.2017. The company regularly performs annual obligations under the license, including monitoring of wastewater, PM particles, noise emissions, and emissions of pollutants in waste gases from the operation of boilers. Prilepska Pivarnica – Prilep Brewery pays strong attention to the treatment of wastewater to discharge water at a level that is sustainable for wildlife through the use of services from the treatment plant of the Municipality of Prilep. By implementing the waste management program Prilepska Pivarnica - Prilep Brewery performs continuous monitoring and improvement of the management of packaging and packaging waste dedicated to avoidance and, to the greatest extent possible, reduction of the amount of waste generated, utilization of usable waste ingredients, sustainable development through preservation and saving of natural resources, prevention of negative impacts of waste on the environment, life and health of people following the principles of the circular economy, waste disposal in a way that is acceptable for the environment and a high level of protection of the environment, life and health of people.

Prilepska Pivarnica - Prilep Brewery has active participation as a founder in the first collective handling of packaging waste Pakomak Ltd. Skopje. The concern also refers to the fulfillment of national targets and participation in public awareness campaigns to manage packaging waste and waste efficiently.

The company continuously works to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy use in operational activities by introducing energy-efficient technologies, equipment, and materials that will enable energy savings. The company is also committed to using energy from renewable sources. For this purpose, in 2022, the company invested in a photovoltaic power plant to produce electricity for its own needs. The expected effect of the investment is to cover 35% of the total annual amount of electricity consumed by the company.

Prilepska Pivarnica – Prilep Brewery is an active supporter and sponsor of the most critical events in the field of culture and sports. As a general sponsor, it traditionally supports the events OFFFest and Jazz Festival, the Macedonian Theatre Festival "Vojdan Chernodrinski" in Prilep and the Football Club Pobeda from Prilep. Prilepska Pivarnica - Prilep Brewery supports numerous concerts held in several cities nationwide, Pivofest Prilep and Pivoland in Skopje, and many other events. In action conducted to raise awareness of men's health, it donated equipment to the PHI University Clinic for Urology - Recipient of the donation. This tertiary clinic works for the needs of patients from all over Macedonia. Following the clinic's needs, the medical equipment was worth 400,000 denars. As a socially responsible company, Prilepska Pivarnica – Prilep Brewery S.A. Prilep continues to support young and talented students through the award of scholarships, practical work in a reputable domestic company, and employment opportunities. Prilepska Pivarnica – Prilep Brewery awarded scholarships for students from the Faculty of Economics – Prilep. For the fourth time, the company presented its cans of Zlaten Dab in art designs, thus supporting artists and the domestic art scene.
